  • How long will this take?
    Going through this mini course itself will take around 15 minutes. I kept it short and sweet so you can dive straight into implementing what you learn.

    Once you’ve watched the video training, set aside 30-45 minutes to work through the worksheet which you’ll be able to implement straight away in your next onboarding call.

    How long it will take you to update your processes will depend on where your onboarding is currently at. If you’re just making some tweaks, it’ll be quick. If you’re starting from scratch, a bit longer. But remember– this is something that you do once and use forever!
  • What if I've never onboarded a client before?
    Even better! This course will help you create an onboarding experience that leaves your customers feeling cared for and you feeling equipped to deliver your work.
  • Will I need to sign up for a bunch of new technology?
    The main focus of this course is asking the right questions, so all you really need is to note down your improved questions. If you want to upgrade your processes, you might want to look at an automation tool like Zapier and whatever else you currently use. But you can make improvements without any new technology if you want to.
