- How long will this take?It depends on how clear you already are on your audience and your brand. I recommend working through this in two parts. Give yourself 30-45 minutes for the first part and an hour for the second part. It's worth it. I promise.
- What if I don't have any customers or clients yet?If you're a brand new business, I'm even more impressed you're here! Most people don't realise they need this stuff until they've been doing things for a while. If you don't have paying customers or clients yet, use your theoretical ideal client profile for now. You can always come back and adjust things later– you'll still be starting off in a better place.
